REP OUTDOOR GROUP, LLC ACQUIRES TACKLE HD

July 8, 2019 - St. Clair, Missouri

REP Outdoor Group, LLC d/b/a Rivers Edge Products announced, effective June 26, it has acquired the assets of Tackle HD, the makers of the Hi-Def Craw, Hellgrammite and Mega-Mite.

River’s Edge has been a dominant brand in the outdoor gift market since 1998, specializing in fishing, hunting, western and licensed gift products.

In addition, I am extremely excited to announce that Aaron Click and Ben Hill, have agreed to join our staff to build the Tackle HD brand. I felt it was very important to have people with the passion in creating the brand to further advance the realistic fishing lure business and to create extensions of the brand in other product segments.”
